What are the commonest early pregnancy symptoms and how do you go about identifying them as such? Tiredness:

Giddiness and fainting:

The growing uterus puts pressure on the arteries in the legs, which is what causes a sudden and steep fall in the blood pressure in a pregnant woman. This results in some light headedness and dizziness. Some women even end up fainting during early pregnancy.

Frequent urination:

Again, the expanding uterus puts pressure on the bladder, giving rise to the urge to use the washroom far more often. This pregnancy symptom sets in surprisingly early, so keep a lookout for that too.
